We store our users' data as long as they use our services and/or have an active subscription.
After three years of inactivity on the platform and after one or more emails informing the affected user about the upcoming deletion of their account, the personal data will be deleted if the user takes no further action.
If, on the other hand, the user takes out a new offer or logs into their Readly account again, it will not be deleted and the personal data will be kept for a further three years from the date of the last activity.
The stored data concerns information that allows a user to be identified on our platform (email, encrypted password, first and last name, if provided), data related to usage (library and favourites), and data related to subscriptions and billing.
