“I have a subscription, but it is not showing”

Please first check whether you are logged in with the correct credentials.
This may seem obvious, but we offer login via Apple, Google or Email, and it is easy to get confused here.

To verify the address used, check the inbox of the address to which we send our notifications.

If you logged in via Apple, there may be delays on the day of the subscription renewal, which can cause a temporary loss of access. Please log out and log in again and wait 24 hours.
