I am stuck on the reCaptcha screen. What can I do?

The captcha is managed by Google reCAPTCHA and cannot be disabled individually.

There are several factors that can trigger its appearance, including user behaviour, the IP address, the browser and cookies, previous interactions and the geographical location.

Google constantly adjusts its system to combat malicious activity. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

You can try using a private window and check if you can access your account this way. If so, try clearing your cache using this method, then you should regain access to your account:

Press “Ctrl + Shift + Delete” on Windows or “Command + Shift + Delete” on Mac.
Select the time range for which you want to clear the cache (e.g. “Last hour”, “Last 24 hours”, “All”).
Check the box for “Cached images and files”.
Click “Clear data”.
