I can only open the website, not the app

The issue is due to the configuration of your browser. To open the app from your portal, the browser must allow the opening of the Readly app.

If you are using the Samsung Internet browser and cannot access the Readly app, follow the instructions below to enable opening the app:

  • Open My Applications.

  • Then select Samsung Internet.

  • Click on Useful Features.

  • Select the allowed applications.

  • Now grant the relevant applications the permissions, in this case: Readly.

If you use Firefox, you can configure it to open links in native applications such as Twitter, Instagram, etc. By default, this option is set to "Disabled".

Configure Firefox to open links in the app :

  • Press the menu button.

  • Tap on Settings.
