I no longer have access to my Readly subscription / I am being asked to pay to read my magazines

You have an active subscription with Readly, where one or more of the following issues occur:

  • You are having trouble accessing the service.

  • You are being asked to pay to read your press titles.

  • You are restricted to reading only excerpts.

  • You can no longer find your library.

To resolve this issue:

Please first check if your account is active by clicking on this link:
https://www.readly.com/fr/account/plans

Log out and then log back in using the correct login details.

Delete the app and reinstall it.
