Will my subscription be transferred automatically?
That depends on your type of subscription.
- Subscription with a standard payment method: Account data and compatible payment information are usually transferred.
- Subscription via Amazon In-App Purchase: The Amazon payment method cannot be transferred automatically. In this case, an additional step may be necessary for you to continue using your subscription.

We recommend that you:
- check the email address of your account
- log in via Readly.co
- contact support if the problem persists
Can I continue to use the old Amazon or Huawei app?
No, the dedicated Amazon and Huawei apps are no longer supported.
