If you’ve purchased Readly through EE, you will need to complete a short activation process to start using your subscription.

Follow the steps below to activate your account successfully.

1. Order journey (EE purchase confirmation)

After subscribing via EE, you will first complete the order journey.

1. Log in to your EE App or EE online portal.
2. Go to Exclusive Offers.
3. Select Readly.
4. Click Go to subscription.
5. Add the offer to your basket.
6. Complete your order.

2. Order acknowledgement & activation reminder emails

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive:

• An order confirmation email.
• An activation reminder email with instructions to set up your Readly account
• Please make sure to activate it within 5 days, otherwise your subscription will be cancelled. 

3. Subscription Pre-activation

Before activation is completed, you can view your subscription status in the EE Subscription Manager.

1-Enter your required information:

• Name
• Date of birth

2-Select your country.
3-Choose your interests and favorite titles.
4-Your Readly account is now set up and ready to use.
 

4. Subscription Post-activation

Once activation is completed, your subscription status will be updated to active.

You can now start using Readly by logging into your account.
