If you pay for your Readly subscription with a credit card or another payment method that is about to expire or is no longer valid, you can easily update your payment details in your customer account.
How do I update my card or payment method?
Here’s what to do:
- Go to the Readly website: www.readly.co
- Log in to your customer account.
- Click on Subscriptions & Payments on the right-hand side.
- Select Edit payment details to change your payment information.
- Enter the details of your new card or payment method.
- Confirm the change by clicking Change payment method.
Once your new payment details have been saved, your subscription will continue to renew automatically, provided the payment can be processed successfully.
📧 Email notification
If your credit card is about to expire or a payment cannot be processed, you may receive an email notification. This email contains further information on how to update your payment details.

Follow the instructions in the email to securely update your card or payment method. This ensures there will be no interruption to your Readly subscription.

What can I do if I don’t receive the email?
If you have not received an email to update your payment details, you can check the following:
1️⃣ Check your spam folder
The email might have ended up in your spam or junk folder. Look there for a message from Readly.
2️⃣ Check your email address
Make sure the email address linked to your Readly account is correct and up to date.
3️⃣ Update your payment details directly in your account
You don’t necessarily have to wait for the email. You can log in to the Readly website at any time and update your payment details under Subscriptions & Payments.
4️⃣ Contact customer service
If you can’t find the email or are unable to update your payment method, please contact Readly customer service at "support@readly.co". The support team will be happy to assist you.
Important to know
If you subscribed to Readly via Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or another app store partner, you need to update your payment method directly in the respective account, for example in your Apple ID or Google Play account.
