How do I use my gift card?

 

Have you received a gift card? You can activate it using the unique code provided in the confirmation email or on the printed document you received when you made the purchase.

The code must be entered during activation to redeem the associated offer.

 

Where can I find my gift card code?

Your code can be found:

• in the gift card email you received after purchase;
• or on the printed document if you were given a physical gift card.

The code is unique and can only be used once.

 

How do I activate my gift card on the web if I am a new user?

If you do not have an account yet, you can use your gift card during registration.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the registration page.
  2. Create your account by entering the required information.

  4. Confirm the activation.

Once the code is accepted, the offer linked to your gift card will be activated on your account.

 

How do I activate my gift card on the web if I already have an account?

If you already have an account, you can redeem your gift card via the code activation page.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the gift card or promo code activation page.
  3. Enter the 8-digit code provided in your email or on your printed card.
  4. Confirm the activation.

Your gift card will then be added to your account, provided you are eligible for the offer.

 

How long is a gift card valid for?

Gift card codes are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

After this period, the code can no longer be used.

 

Can I activate a gift card if I already have an active offer?

No. You cannot activate a gift card if another offer is already active on your account.

You must wait until your current offer expires before you can use your gift card.

 

What can I do if my code does not work?

If your code is not accepted, please check the following:

  1. Make sure the code entered exactly matches the 8 characters shown in the email or on the printed document.
  2. Check that there are no spaces before or after the code.
  3. Ensure the code has not already been used.
  4. Verify that the gift card is still valid.
